What platforms does CarFlow support?
CarFlow is available on Android (Google Play), iOS (App Store), Windows (desktop installer), and web browsers. All platforms sync in real time so your data is always up to date across devices.
Does CarFlow work offline?
Yes. CarFlow has full offline support. You can view vehicles, update statuses, take photos, and add receipts without an internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online with built-in conflict resolution.
How do I invite team members?
As a business Owner, go to the Team screen and generate an invite code. Share this code with your team members — they'll enter it during sign-up to join your workspace. Invite codes expire after 7 days for security.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing screen in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing support@luminest.io. See our Data Deletion page for full details on what happens to your data.
What reports can I generate?
CarFlow offers six report types: Vehicle Cost Analysis, Monthly Summary, Vendor Spending, Employee Activity, Profit Analysis, and Repair Time Tracking. Professional and Enterprise plans can export reports as PDF or CSV files.
